Stina Resources Ltd. is a British Columbia Resource Exploration Company incorporated in 1986 and trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is well financed with a favorable capital structure. Stina is currently developing and positioning three properties: The Dime and Kodiak Gold Properties in the Yukon and the Bisoni McKay Vanadium Property in Nevada.

The company’s focus is the development of the Dime and Kodiak Gold properties in the Yukon, followed by the continued development of the Bisoni McKay Vanadium Property in Nevada, including an intensive study of global vanadium markets supply, demand and potential in the years ahead.

Stina is currently developing its Dime Gold Property in the Yukon, approximately 75 kilometers south of Dawson City. The property hosts a former Teck target and has had soil sampling, trenching and diamond drilling work done during 2010.

Stina is currently following the direction of Ryanwood Exploration, owned by noted prospector Shawn Ryan, with soil sampling on the Kodiak Gold property in the Yukon, which lies directly south of the Kinross (formerly Underworld) White Gold Property, and directly north of the Kaminak Coffee Gold Property. In 2009 the Company completed positive soil sampling on the property, which consists of 152 claims covering 30 square kilometers and ties on to the southern side of Underworld White Gold Property, south of Golden Saddle. The Kodiak claim block also straddles Thistle Creek, which was the richest placer gold-producing creek in the area, given up more than 63,000 ounces of placer gold since the turn of the century. The sampling indicates many similar trends to that of Underworlds adjacent property, and two potential target anomalies have now been identified on the Kodiak.

Stina is committed to not only taking its Bisoni McKay Vanadium Property towards a feasibility study, but also positioning it as a vanadium supply for green technologies, particularly the emerging vanadium battery market, in addition to traditional steel-making industries. A total of 36 Core and RC holes have been drilled on the property, establishing approximately 20 million tons of indicated and inferred vanadium pentoxide at an average grade of 0.39% in an NI 43-101 resources estimate on only a fraction of the mineralized zone. This Bisoni Mckay has several inherent advantages over other vanadium properties as it is potentially open-pittable, contained in soft host rock close to surface, potentially leachable and located in mining-friendly Nevada with solid surrounding infrastructure. Capital costs are expected to be lower than other existing vanadium producers.

Strategic Focus for 2011

  • Enhance shareholder value through significant exploration and research on each of its properties.
  • Maintain a favorable share structure.
  • Attempt to further identify correlations in Kodiak and Kinross White Gold claim structure.
  • Identify and refine targets on the Kodiak and Dime Gold Properties and expand exploration, including diamond drilling.
  • Continually research and acquire additional properties of merit.
  • Attempt to develop the Bisoni Mckay vanadium property further in order to attract alternative energy producers, such as cutting edge energy storage applications and redox battery manufacturers.
  • Research construction of a pilot plant on the Bisoni McKay property and conduct a scoping study.
