Metanor Resources Inc. is a junior mining exploration company, incorporated since January 2003. Its head office and its exploration office are located in Val-d’Or, (Province of Quebec, Canada). On December 11, 2003 Metanor had closed its first public offering (IPO) and became an issuer, listed on the Tier 1 group, on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Metanor is focusing its exploration efforts on the prospection of gold deposit, with a view toward their commercial operation. Actually, the Corporation owns three mining properties located in Quebec, and hold an option to acquire a property located in Sudbury Ontario.
